萨拉·蒙哥马利，甲骨文公用事业全球业务部高级主管  

Sarah J. Montgomery is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, Asia for Oracle Global Utilities Business Unit. In this role, she is responsible for managing all partner relationships in Asia, guiding the business strategy, and acting as a policy advisor and thought leader in the Energy Efficiency space.

Sarah has been in the Energy Services business for over 16 years helping both public and private sector clients increase their asset value and reduce energy consumption. During that time, she has been involved in more than 35 energy services project in North America and Asia.

 She is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Energy Manager, and a Green Mark Manager.  Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, she is an active member of ASHRAE, World Green Building Council and Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) and advises a Singaporean based energy efficiency start-up.  She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder in the US.  Sarah has been based in Singapore since 2007.
